Arrived 5 days after ordering. No pieces were missing from the tower itself, but a lot of the minifigs had issues. Neither Sauron nor the Mouth of Sauron's helmets attach to the minifig heads, Sam didn't have any hands, and Gollum's face wasn't printed at all. Most of the hands didn't fit into the arms, and a few of the faces were misprinted/off-color. Some molds for pieces were poor and led to unavoidable gaps where it should have been seamless
Despite that, the build itself was actually pretty solid. Bags were clearly numbered and matched with the official instructions. The included manual was good, though a little hard to follow at some points. As a display piece, it's nearly impossible to distinguish from the original.

Paid a little extra to have it shipped from the USA and it arrived quickly!
