This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

Shipping Origins
We currently ship orders from:
- China Warehouse
- European Warehouse
- U.S. Warehouse
The shipping location depends on product availability, warehouse inventory, and the specific product ordered.
Products from different warehouses may be shipped separately.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–4 business days after payment is received.
Additional processing time may be required for:
- MOC products
- Loose parts orders
- Pre-orders
- Backordered products
- Large wholesale orders
- Orders requiring inventory transfers
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

China Warehouse
- Germany: 8–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 8–14 business days
- Other European countries: 10–20 business days
- United States: 12–18 business days
- Canada: 10–20 business days
- Australia: 10–20 business days
European Warehouse
- Most EU countries: 3–7 business days
Please note:
Our European warehouse can only ship to EU member countries.
It cannot ship to:
- United Kingdom
- Switzerland
- Norway
- Serbia
- Moldova
- Other non-EU destinations
U.S. Warehouse
- United States: 3–7 business days
Most U.S. warehouse products include free shipping within the United States.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
- Customs inspections
- Weather conditions
- Transportation disruptions
- Carrier delays
- Public holidays
- Peak seasons
- Government regulations
- Force majeure events
Such delays are beyond our control.
Shipping Methods
We select shipping carriers based on:
- Destination country
- Package size
- Package weight

- Current carrier availability

The shipping method may be changed without prior notice if necessary.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided for most shipments.
Tracking information is normally sent after shipment.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active.
Temporary gaps in tracking updates do not necessarily indicate that a package is lost.

Multiple Packages
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages.
This may occur when:
- Products are stored in different warehouses
- Certain items require separate transportation methods
- Batteries, motors, lighting kits, or electronic components require separate handling
- Some items are temporarily unavailable
Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations.
Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and other government charges may apply depending on the destination country.
Such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Customers are also responsible for providing any documents requested by customs authorities.
Failure to provide required customs information may result in delays, returns, destruction of goods, or additional fees.
EU Processing Fee
Due to new EU customs processing requirements introduced on July 1, an additional USD 4 processing fee is applied to each package shipped to EU countries.
This fee helps cover the increased customs declaration and import processing costs associated with shipments to the European Union.
The fee will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
U.S. Tariffs
Most U.S. tariffs and import-related charges are already included in our shipping rates.
However, future regulatory changes may affect import procedures or costs.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges, return fees, or reshipment fees may apply.
If a package has not yet shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to update the address upon request.
We cannot guarantee address changes after shipment.
Refused Deliveries and Returned Packages
If a package is:
- Refused by the customer
- Unclaimed
- Returned due to an incorrect address
- Returned due to failure to complete customs clearance
the customer may be responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Customs charges
- Reshipment fees
- Carrier handling fees
Refunds may be reduced by such costs where applicable.
Lost Packages
If a package appears to be lost, please contact us.
We will investigate the shipment with the carrier.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:
- Replacement shipment
- Store credit
- Partial refund
- Full refund
Resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged Packages
If a package arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Take photographs of the package and contents.
- Contact us as soon as possible.
- Retain all packaging materials if requested.
Claims submitted promptly are more likely to be resolved successfully.
Original Packaging
Unless specifically stated otherwise, products are generally shipped without the original retail box.
This helps reduce shipping costs and minimize transportation damage.
The absence of the original box is not considered a product defect.
For selected products, original packaging may be available for an additional charge.
