Q: Does the price include shipping costs?
A: Shipping costs depend on the destination country, warehouse location, product weight, and package size.
Many products include free shipping to selected countries. For other destinations, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout before payment.
Q: Where do you ship from? How long does shipping take?
A: We ship from our China warehouse, European warehouse, and U.S. warehouse.
Estimated delivery times:
China Warehouse
- Germany: 8–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
- Other European countries: 10–20 business days
- United States: 12–18 business days
- Canada: 10–20 business days
- Australia: 10–18 business days
European Warehouse
- Most EU countries: 3–7 business days
- Please note: Our European warehouse can only ship to EU countries. It cannot ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, Moldova, or other non-EU countries.
U.S. Warehouse
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Free shipping is available for U.S. warehouse products shipped within the United States.
Orders are usually shipped within 1–4 business days after payment is received.
Please note that MOC sets, loose parts orders, pre-orders, and products awaiting restock may require additional processing time.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept:
- Credit Card
- PayPal
- EUR Bank Transfer (SEPA)
- Other bank transfer options upon request

Q: Are your products genuine LEGO® products?
A: No.
Unless otherwise stated, the products sold on our website are compatible building blocks manufactured by third-party brands.
They are not produced, sponsored, authorized, or endorsed by the LEGO Group.
Q: Are the bricks compatible with LEGO®?
A: Yes.
The products we sell use standard-size building blocks that are compatible with LEGO® bricks and accessories.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, all products are standard-size building blocks.
Q: Do products include the original box?
A: No.
Most products are shipped without the original retail box to reduce shipping costs and minimize the risk of damage during international transportation.
Selected products may be shipped with the original box upon request and may require additional shipping fees.
Please contact us before ordering if original packaging is important to you.
Please note that box damage during transportation is not considered a product defect and is not eligible for refund or compensation.
Q: Do MOC sets include stickers, printed parts, motors, lights, or minifigures?
A: Not necessarily.
MOC products generally include only the parts required to complete the build and a PDF instruction manual.
Printed parts, stickers, minifigures, motors, batteries, lighting kits, or electronic components are only included when specifically stated in the product description.
Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
Q: What should I do if parts are missing or damaged?
A: Don’t worry.
We provide one-year after-sales support for:
- Missing parts
- Incorrect parts
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged parts caused during production
Please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- The part numbers or marked instruction manual pages when applicable
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement parts, replacement products, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.
Q: Do you provide a tracking number?
A: Yes.
Every shipment includes a tracking number.
Tracking information is normally sent after shipment.
Please note that tracking systems may require 2–3 business days to display updates after the package has been dispatched.

Q: Are there any additional charges for orders shipped to EU countries?
A: Due to new EU customs processing requirements introduced on July 1, an additional USD 4 processing fee is applied to each package shipped to EU countries.
This fee helps cover the increased customs declaration and import processing costs associated with shipments to the European Union.
The fee will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
Q: Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
A: Most orders are delivered without additional charges.
However, customs duties, taxes, import fees, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other government charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Customers are also responsible for providing any required customs clearance documents or information requested by local authorities.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes.
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
If an order is cancelled at the customer’s request before shipment, any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
If cancellation is necessary because of our error, including stock shortages or fulfillment issues, a full refund will be issued.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Unassembled
- Complete with all original parts and packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Customized products, made-to-order products, and MOC products prepared specifically for a customer are generally not eligible for return.

Q: What happens if I contact you more than one year after delivery?
A: Our standard after-sales support period is one year from the date the package is marked as delivered.
After one year, we may still provide assistance at our discretion; however, free replacement parts, refunds, exchanges, store credit, or product replacements are no longer guaranteed.
