Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unassembled.
  • The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
  • All original packaging, parts, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Please contact us before returning any item. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after return authorization.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the final item of your order.

You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • MOC products sourced, prepared, or packaged specifically for a customer
  • Digital products delivered electronically
  • Gift cards
  • Products that have been assembled, modified, or used beyond what is necessary to inspect them

One-Year After-Sales Support

We provide one-year after-sales support from the date of delivery for:

  • Missing parts
  • Incorrectly shipped items
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damaged parts caused during production

To request support, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Part numbers or marked instruction manual pages when applicable

Depending on the situation, we may provide:

  • Replacement parts
  • Replacement products
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund
  • Store credit

The solution will be determined based on the specific circumstances.

After-Sales Support Limitation

Our one-year after-sales support period begins on the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

After one year from the delivery date, after-sales support may still be available at our discretion; however, free replacement parts, refunds, exchanges, store credit, or product replacements are no longer guaranteed.


Missing Parts Policy

For missing parts claims, customers may be asked to:

  • Check all packaging and spare parts bags carefully
  • Identify the missing parts using the instruction manual
  • Mark the missing parts on the instruction manual when requested

Replacement parts are generally provided free of charge for the initial replacement request.

Additional replacement requests for the same product may require shipping charges.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

If a customer requests cancellation before shipment, any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

If cancellation is necessary because of our error, including stock shortages or fulfillment issues, a full refund will be issued.


PayPal Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original PayPal account used for payment.

Processing times are determined by PayPal and the customer’s financial institution and may vary.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank.

Refunds may require additional processing time before appearing on your statement.

Exchanges

We replace items only when they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrectly shipped

Please contact us before sending any item back.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, store credit may be issued upon approval of the return.

If the item was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returned items.

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are shipped without tracking.


Product Information

Unless otherwise stated in the product description:

  • Products sold on this website are compatible building blocks and are not manufactured, sponsored, or endorsed by the LEGO Group.
  • Original retail packaging or color boxes are generally not included.
  • The absence of retail packaging or color boxes is not considered a defect and is not grounds for return or refund.
