I originally intended to leave a positive review because overall I actually liked the set. Apart from a few bent parts, the quality seemed good and I was even considering ordering more sets from Joy Bricks in the future.

However, my experience after delivery has been disappointing.

Some parts were missing and some had the wrong color. I reported this issue and later also mentioned additional missing parts, but after now more than three weeks (22 days), I still have not received the replacement parts, any update, or further replies.

Because of this, the set has been standing unfinished for weeks, which is honestly frustrating after spending so much time building it.

What concerns me even more is not only the delay itself, but the lack of communication. If there had at least been updates about the status of the replacement shipment, I would have been much more understanding.

As things stand right now, I cannot recommend the store to friends, even though I originally wanted to, and I also do not feel comfortable placing future orders until this issue is resolved.

I would really appreciate an update on the replacement parts and information on when I can expect them.

I bought it from europe on the 31st of may, it arrived 5 days later and im still building it using official lego instructions and so far so good. I couldnt tell the difference between joybricks verision and lego verision. The only difference is the lack of a box

The Venator is a great Set For Display with really good brick quality.
I did miss Some parts, however they where replaced For free (thx again).

At step 200, I was already missing 10 bricks. A real shame, have contacted customer service via email. They sent me a new one that was complete, hence the high rating, great service👍
