After noticing that some parts of an ordered set were missing, I contacted the shop. They replied imidiately and sent me replacement parts without problems.

10/10 awesome response from Joy when I missed a brick and had one with bad quality. Sent out replacements without fuss. Great Customer service!

We order sets from Joy regularly. Always great quality, never any missing parts. This time, one bag of parts was missing from a set. It took a bit of time, but in the end it was delivered to our house in perfect condition. We could then finish the set and it looked great :-)
