Replacement parts missing parts

I gave an honest low score review on a set because multiple elements broke during building. Joy reached out to me afterwards to ask what those pieces were to make it right and I really appreciate how proactive they were. I actually emailed back with another issue I had on another set and they ultimately sent me replacements for the broken items for both sets. It was an easy process, and really confirmed in my mind that this is a great seller!

I sent them a message with everything I was missing in my order and they were very quick to respond and get the parts shipped to me in time to complete my build total amazing customer service
