I got the Darth Vader helmet and it was missing 4 pieces, there were 4 wrong pieces in their place. I reached out and after a few emaol exchanges they agreed to send me the missing pieces. Othere than it taking sometime with the back and forth, I finally got my pieces and was able to complete the helmet and it looks great!

Replacement parts missing parts

I gave an honest low score review on a set because multiple elements broke during building. Joy reached out to me afterwards to ask what those pieces were to make it right and I really appreciate how proactive they were. I actually emailed back with another issue I had on another set and they ultimately sent me replacements for the broken items for both sets. It was an easy process, and really confirmed in my mind that this is a great seller!
