Replacement parts missing parts

After a 9k brick build I only had 5 missing pieces. I let Joy know and the replacements arrived in less than 10 days (China to UK). Great service. Definitely recommend. Have just placed another order for next set

Took longer than I expected from me filing initial order but that could be down to the time of year (Christmas) and the working hours.
