I ordered a bunch of figures, and most were great, but this one was a little worse. The printing was slightly chipped, and the hat was hard to get on. The hands were impossible to get on until I sanded them down. Eventually I got it working. It’s still a great option if you want a replica Mr Gold, you just have to be ready for a bit of adversity. Finally, shipping was decently fast, it took 15 days to get my package, which was within the estimate this website lists.
