Good but not great.

Purchased what I thought was Kirk, Spock, and Scotty and instead got 3 of the same figure I did not want. Realized after trying to talk to their support that was not the best help that it was bad website design that was the problem.

Will give them another try.

i'm very satisfied with the product. Unhappy that they didn't have the other characters in-stock.
