Quich response for missing parts

The package was delivered quickly, considering the shipping from China to the EU. It was sealed and completely filled. Unfortunately 2 parts were missing, but after a short email exchange the missing parts were sent to me immediately. All parts are functional and in good shape.

Ghost Busters firehouse

I am about a quarter of the way through the build, and have a broken gray 6 brick number 4211393, was not molded correctly and is missing about a quarter of the brick. also, the second bottom plate (1/2) plate is not the right size and is causing buckling and fitting issues during assembly. 4269651

Well actually quite good, unfortunately one of the brown wolves was only sent to hold the parts, so to speak only half a wolf

Great value

Great value product, it took 3-4 weeks to arrive. The stickers and figures are okay quality but not the best. The bags aren’t all easily marked (most are though) with numbers so can sometimes be tricky to spot which bag is which. The pieces are great quality, great grip strength, great colour and so far no pieces missing, I am still a long way from completing this massive piece!
I will definitely purchase from Joy again!
