Very good support staff and good quality

the build and instructions was straight forward. i was only missing 1 small connector piece but luckily i had an extra from all my other builds

Its really nice to have such a piece of art at such a low price. The quality is really good and the pieces hold strong. A small minus is that i have only one missing piece but its not essential for the build. Overall a good buy.

Unfortunately I only got to step 70 when I ran into a missing part... of which there should have been only one piece in the set, but unfortunately it was somehow left out. I wrote what my problem was, they offered to send the missing element with the next order.. which I didn't dare to order yet, because what if it will be missing from that one too? I ordered the missing item from the local LEGO representative, they will send it free of charge within 7 days (as I see it will be 100% compatible).
