Only thing what is missing is the right hands of some figures. But that's not so important.

minifigs are generally good aside from the hobbits, no missing pieces, but putting it together hurts your hands alot and the things you need to put on snot connections do not fit

Finished building today, looks great, just like original. 1 block is missing, but nothing crucial :)

Loved this build way more than I even expected! Good quality pieces, only 3 tiny ones unaccounted for at the end (could be my user error in a build this big). Took off one star because the bag numbering didn't match the instructions, to the point where I had to lay out a quarter of the total pieces at any one time, and that took up a LOT of space and effort. But overall, definitely recommend this build, any loved all the little easter eggs.
