I’ve put together over 30 of these cars, mostly Legos. This is a frustrating build. The instructions are marginal; ok for subassemblies, but when attaching those assemblies to main body the instructions are unclear in many cases, especially as the car increases in completion. The definition and resolution of pictures is poor. The front suspension assembly is a nightmare. Took a long time to get it together and the suspension is still not correct. The instructions are unclear where /how the top strut connects to the assembly. The connecting yellow pin for the transaxle is too thin. The connection to the couplers is loose and keeps coming apart. Needless to say, when I put on the front tires the whole suspension system collapsed. Both sides. This is the RC model. The instructions are unclear on how the power packs are to be installed. Once installed by pure guess work the “on” button on the power pack is impossible to access. The same is true of the charging cables. The routing of the wiring is unclear, and I have been unable to determine how the headlights are too be installed. Overall, too much for a frustrating experience that is not completed and will take significant tear down and reassembly to make right. The front suspension assembly starts around step 40 of some 800 steps. On a positive note, the exterior appearance of the car is very nice.
