Some Parts are missing and some are false

The build was great, other than being shorted several of the structural pieces for the stand. Repeated attempts to contact Joy have been ignored. Very disappointed, will not order from them again.

A very good model, in no way inferior to the Danish one. Only a minor difference is noticeable on the saucer, and Worf and Guinan look a little odd. Everything else is perfect. There were no missing parts.

Construction stage bag 20 is missing,
1 lift arm and 3 long parts from the stand are missing, 2 3x3 diagonal right pieces are missing.

Finished building the set today.
Shipping to Germany was really fast. The set is almost like the OG set. I had like 5 pieces missing but all the other bricks and stickers were fine. The figures are decent (Worf has gone bald, Diana’s hair is way off just like Guinan’s costume).
Still, the set is worth the price and it is absolutely huuuuge. Loved the built.
