This was a pleasant build from Reobrix, creating a building with plenty of space and play features. While the set does not come with any figures, there is room to add a range of figures to bring the set to life.
The finished build is roughly the same size as the Medieval Blacksmith, so a little too large to fit the scale of many castle builds. Cutting out the middle floor with some modifications could bring it into a similar scale to the castles.
The bricks used were good, although some of the smaller plate pieces were quite difficult to connect. I ended up using a brick separator to squeeze them against my desk to snap them together.
My set was missing one piece (a large 8x16 black plate), which was the only downside.
The build experience was excellent with Reobrix clearly numbering bags and outlining them in the printed manual (Bag 1 equates to instructions A1 to A134, Bag B covers B1 to B131, etc). Each large bag contained several smaller bags, and you only need to open the small bags (in sequence from 1 to 7) to complete the current build steps. This means you only need to keep track of or sort around 80-100 pieces at a time, making finding parts a breeze.
