Was supposedly transferred 2 weeks ago however neither company will say they have it and Joy customer service doesn’t respond. Very disappointed.

Order arrived in the UK very promptly from their warehouse, approx 9 days after ordering.

Set was fully complete, printing was mostly good, customer service was top notch with any queries I had. Will be buying again

When making my purchase, I received personal attention very quickly since I was having issues with my payment method. When I received my set, sooner than I expected,I was so excited! It was so much fun putting it together and the quality is amazing! I am very happy with my purchase, there was only one negative. I know it was missing a few small pieces. It was OK, I improvised, but that would be the only negative thing I would have to say. I guess it also would have been nice if the bags were labeled with a simple number to know which to open. Overall, thumbs up and I will be buying again!
