I like shopping at Joy and have always had good support. But this set is a piece of crap. It's only the first stage of construction, and a bag is missing. I wrote to them about a month and a half ago. No response yet. And I've sent four emails. I bought the missing parts from another shop. But the colors of the remaining parts are wrong, and the quality is poor. I've never experienced anything like this at Joy before. Normally, I'd give it 0 stars.
