While really love the build kit and the helicopter, I have some issues with the kit overall. Firstly, it took, all those three weeks plus to get the kit. When it arrived, it was not in any original packaging, which tells me the kit is not new. I did not see anything on the site where I ordered that this was a “used” kit. The parts were packed by piece size in several ziplock bags and all placed into one large ziplock bag. The bag had a handwritten label with kit number on it. Another way I can tell used is the parts are not shiny like new and the kit is missing a number of parts so far. One gun mount, 6214341. All 26sears pieces are missing, 6360036. One bow bracket, 6186635. And all bricks with side clips, 6321350. Further, there were no instructions or a card for where to download. I bought a similar kit a few months ago and it was brand new with none of the shortcomings I just mentioned. While I like the aircraft I cannot build it in its current state. I do hope we can rectify these issues and quickly before I am forced to spread the negative review around the web. Thank you
