I recently purchased your Black Millennium Falcon set. I’m a regular customer and have purchased many sets from your store, which is why this experience has been especially disappointing.

Unfortunately, this build has had numerous missing pieces. At first, I was able to use spare parts from my own LEGO collection to keep building, but I’ve now reached a point where I no longer have the pieces I need to continue. At this stage, I would have to go out and purchase replacement pieces myself.

I understand that replacement parts can be requested, but I don’t want to wait for them to arrive. I’m already about 80% finished with the build, so returning the set isn’t a practical option after investing so much time into it.

Given the number of missing pieces and the inconvenience this has caused, I believe it’s reasonable to ask for some form of compensation, whether that’s a partial refund, store credit, or a discount on this purchase. I’m simply asking for a fair resolution that reflects the time, frustration, and additional expense I’ve experienced.

I’ve always had positive experiences buying from your store, so I’m hopeful you’ll stand behind your products and work with me to make this right.

There were some frustrating substitutions, but the overall result was not impacted and I am happy with the result.

Quality is absolutely fine for the money, and the set was not missing any important parts, at least i can't remember anything missing, so it's not worth mentioning if something would have missed.
Only thing i would criticise is the print quality of the instruction, dark grey/black and the mud (?) coloured bricks aren't that easy to differenciate in the instructions, but it's still easy doable.
9/10 would recommend.

i mean this is really great bricks right here, one piece was missing but it didnt ruined whole built so its okay, quality and price is really good, i think that in future i will ship some more builds from your site, have a nice day guys
