I was shipped the wrong product, support was responsive and presumably I'll be receiving the correct product eventually, but it's hard to leave a positive review until that time arrives.

The bricks and minifigs in this set were absolutely incredible. I had no missing pieces and in fact had what appeared all the extra pieces you would get in the name brand sets. Any issues I had with this build are just because I didn't like the building process which had nothing to do with what was in the control of joy! If you want the Hogwarts castle, this is an absolute amazing alternative.

Good inventory of items

I love this set. I’m halfway through the build. Stickers are perfect. The pieces are high quality. I have already ordered my next few sets to have them on the way.

I did have a whole “missing bag” of bag #1 when starting the build. 30+ pieces I couldn’t find. I went through and found out that my #1 bag that was missing was accidentally stamped #11. Only putting that out here in case it can help other people, but hopefully it’s only happened to me.

Everything arrived on time and with correct pieces.
