Yes, it is large, yes, it is heavy, yes a challenge to build, but....Blue pins in red and black side walls look ugly. Before you start, buy enough black and red pins to replace the blue ones, at least on the visible parts. Cannot understand, why constructors cannot offer color-matching pins in such an expensive model.
The construction is quite complicated, manual gives a very good path to completion. The crane boom espeicllay with several different wires to place is a real challenge.
Overall the boom is much too heavy. The chassis cannot cope with it. You need to add a few kilogram of counterweight just to bring the whole boom construction into balance, otherwise the sprocket cannot hold it, though being made of carbon fibre. Side effect of all weight, the chassis bottom nearly hits the ground , making drive hardly impossible on uneven surface. The boom has 4 stand alone legs. Far too weak! Better do not try it. Anyway, the legs have no real practical function. As soon as you attach the boom construction to the chassis, there is no way back. Why legs, you never use. The electrical functionality requires 4 controllers. It all works, but some functions are so slow, makes "playing" kind of a patience test. Extending the boom requires simultaneous working with at least 2 controllers and operation of several motors to avoid break down or wire break. Some gears have trouble with the heavy operation. Snap or even dislocate from axis. This definitely requires reconstruction for next model upgrade.
Overall a real challenge and fun to build, playing is nor really recommended. As easy as it looks in the commercial videos is far off reality.
