Baseplates arrived completely bent and warped, so am unable to build. Trying to use heat and weight to flatten, but hasn’t worked as yet. Reached out to Joy upon arrival (twice) and never heard back. It’s not been 20 days and nothing.

My go to has been Joy Bricks and I've been nothing but pleased. Shipping was super fast. Took less than a week to get to get to the East Coast of the US. Packaging was great. Picked up this and one other set. Came wrapped securely. No missing pieces. Everything fit together perfectly. The paper instructions were easy to read. Next to my other, more expensive, official modulars, you can't tell the difference. Plus, as always, got a little free gift from Joy.
Joy is the best seller out there today. Love this set and can't wait to build more!

Not missing any pieces yet and am probably 75% done. The instruction book is sometimes hard to read but just use LEGO app and their instructions
