Instruction : 5 but a little minus for the BIG book !! No room for all pieces he , he ! The book takes just half of the table !
2 books have been better !
Clampforce : 5 Everything fit`s together just nice . Very good !
Overall a very entertaining build and soon finish the second floor !
I´m a little nervous over to lift the second floor in place !
It seems that i`ts not so many connection points so
thats nice !
Finaly: If you have space,money and patience go for it !
You have a lot of building to do !
