Package came to the US in about 2 weeks, packed well and in 17 individually labeled bags. The manual seems to be a direct reprint of the Lego version, and there were no missing parts, though there were 4 critical parts that were the wrong ones that I had to get replacements for, which the seller helped me with. The bricks seem to be of good quality, though the colors are inconsistent - not a big problem at all. Highly recommended.

Seit ewigkeiten ein Traum und dank JOY endlich erfüllt. Ich mich mehr als zufrieden. Der Falke ist gigantisch und übertrifft alle meine Erwartungen.

Habe kurze Zeit später gleich einen zweiten bestellt da jetzt alle meine Kollegen einen wollen.

Der Ablauf hat alles reibungslos und schnell funktioniert, keine 2 Wochen und er war da.

Ich bin jetzt ein JOY Fan und die nächste Bestellung wird wahrscheinlich die Docking Bay.

The color is a little off but nothing gamechanging. i like it. totally fair price and the stand is a must have in my opinion

The quality of the parts is excellent, not a single part was missing, and there were even some extras.
I also picked up the stand, which is really good.
The only problem is that the figurines are horrible, but we know that.
I highly recommend it!

Unbelievably bad model! Either I was unlucky or something happened but I don't understand the other reviews!
The bags are not in the right order, there are several parts missing on the first two pages of the instructions!
And the customer service only answers arrogantly that the problem is with the user!
What a shame!!!
