Shipping policy

Item will be shipped within 1~4 business days after full payment is received. If ordered MOC products and loose parts, it will take 7-10 days to send out.

Usually, We choose faster and not the most expensive logistics, we send to Germany within 8-14 working days, excluding Sat & Sun. (depending on customs and times such as Christmas mail delays etc). Shipping to European countries and the United States, Canada, Australia usually within 10-20 days. You can check your package's logistics information on 17track.net. （Affected by the epidemic, during this period, the package may be delayed, sometimes it may be delayed for 10-15 days）

We can only send to Germany with the original box, other countries please consult us. We guarantee that the boxes are perfect before they are sent and we will try to pack them as well as possible. But international shipping is complicated and we cannot guarantee that the box will still arrive in perfect condition. We do not accept such refund requests.
