At first i thought it was going to be poor built and low cost materials but honestly its the best lego purchase ive done, all pieces included, good materials and the shipment was fast too (around 9 days).
The only negative thing i see is that some parts are quite fragile because of the design.

Overall i haighly reccomend it if u want to get everything in the same package (pieces and instructions) and if u want to build this set from bricklink 4 example its goikg to cost u around 500 or 600€

The box came in a good condition, delivery was in between 7-12 days satrting from order. Got in contact with the support due to no confirmation on payment arrived and the support was very friendly and helpful.

About the parts and model itself i can not make a statement, since i haven't started building it, yet i'm not concerned if anything is missing, due to the helpful support and their policies of sending missing parts.

Tracking the shipment has been kind of lacking sometimes (2-3 days no updates on tracker, after arriving in EU) until suddenly on day 4 it filled in all the missing days and data in one go and it was handed over to the local post service.

All in all i had a good experience so far.

Good price compared to the other websites. All pieces and some extras arrived along with a card with a QR code to access the instructions. Pieces weren't in installation order for me so I had to sort them before building. Otherwise was packaged well and shipped and arrived much faster than expected.

Service, shipping, manual - Everything great. Not one piece missing. Incredible technics bricks design.

Haven't built the set yet but the delivery was very fast, 9 days from ordering to be delivered
