Replacement parts missing parts

I sent joy bricks a message highlighting a kissing part in the Guly Batman Lambo set and they immediately actioned it and sent me a replacement. I was able to finish the set.

Unfortunately, I had a missing part in one delivery. After reporting it to Joy, the missing part was immediately sent and arrived in an extremely short time. I think this is top service.

Original set had missing/broken parts. Customer service was friendly, but then sent the wrong things.

I will continue to order from here again and again!
