Totally recommend this model. I was first hesitant, bec. wasn't sure if I should get this or the MK version. But it seems that the MK version cannot be put on a vertical stand without prior modifications, so I ended up ordering this one. I ordered it together with the modified parts package and the vertical stand. Definitely a great upgrade. Overall, there was only 2 missing parts, but not a big deal, can't complain by the affordable price.

Awesome set

The box arrived from China in Australia in 1.5 weeks, containing the plastic bags in which the bricks/pieces were. The box also contained the instructions, although I used the original instructions that are online. The box was tightly packed, and there was no original packaging (as stated on this website).

The quality of the pieces is very good, although a few pieces were a touch too tight/loose. A few of the internal pieces (you can't see them when finished) aren't the correct colour, but this isn't an issue for me.

There were a few missing pieces and a few incorrect pieces. One 1 x 14 technic [structural] piece was broken, and I had to wait until a new piece arrived. I'd say there were 6-8 incorrect/missing pieces, at a low cost to order online.

These were minor annoyances considering the good price.

Overall, I'm very impressed with the shipping time and quality of the Falcon. I'd definitely recommend it. I'd definitely also recommend buying the stand if you don't have a lot of space.
