Q: Does the price include shipping cost?
A: Shipping is free for countries like Germany and the UK. However, for other countries, there might be some shipping charges based on the weight of the package.
Q: Where do you ship from? How long does the shipment take?
A: We send from China. Generally, it takes about:
- 8-14 days to Germany, UK
- 10-15 days to other European countries, Australia
- 8-16 days to US and CA
Your order will start shipping within 1~4 business days after full payment is received (loose parts and MOC sets may take longer). General packages are without the original box, but good quality and nice packing are guaranteed for our products.
Q: What are your payment options?
A: We support the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer to my European account (only accept EUR). We also have accounts in other countries so you can pay in your local currency.
- Credit card payment
- PayPal (You need to manually pay to my PayPal account. If you pay non-USD, PayPal will charge you an exchange fee).
Q: How will you address product quality or missing part issues?
A: If you find some parts missed or damaged (due to shipping or manufacturing issues), don't worry and just contact us. We will send the parts to you immediately for FREE. You can send an email to Joyingwang@gmail.com, or contact us via messenger or Whatsapp (0086 18606083765).
Q: Does the package have a tracking number?
A: Yes, we provide a tracking number for each package. You can track the package by visiting the tracking website: 17track.net.
Q: Are there any custom problems?
A: We don't have any custom problems. We prepaid the VAT.
Q: Can you send with the original box?
A: For some products, we can ship with the original packaging, but there might be an additional shipping fee. Please consult us for more information. We guarantee that the boxes are in perfect condition before shipping, and we will make every effort to package them securely. However, international shipping is complex, and we cannot ensure that the packaging will remain perfect after transportation. We do not accept refund requests due to box damage.
