Sehr schöner kleiner MOC mit viel Liebe zum Detail, Inneneinrichtung und Fliesen auf dem Boden. Habe das Gebäude für meine Gouverneurs Insel verwendet und hoffe das noch weitere Häuser dieser Art bei Joooooy erscheinen werden. TOP!!!! 🙂

I assembled this set two nights in a row. At first there were some replacement colors for the parts that were not quite successful. Overall, the construction is extremely small, the cohesion of the components is rather shaky due to the poor construction. The idea of the building itself is great (which is why I bought it), but the implementation is really poor due to the poor cohesion of the construction sections. The tiled floors on both floors and the construction of the roof are nice. Unfortunately, the printing of the instructions weakens here - not all colors are clearly distinguishable. Overall, I would have liked a decent base plate, some windows in the walls and a little less detail. Unfortunately, the building is not modular either, at least the roofs can be removed.
Conclusion: A nice, small set to look at, nothing more. Small parts, but not necessarily recommended due to the lack of modularity and stability. I wouldn't want to buy the set again after this experience. price is o.k. - the parts are okay (grade: sufficient).
