Must have for any 40k fan

Easily one of the most fun builds you can get, the instructions are excellent. The model is highly detailed even with the "low" piece count and very stable once built, with good range of motion for posing. Brick quility as always with gobricks was excellent, great color consitency and clutch.

Fun assembly, but there were some issues

I will start by saying that it was a very fun experience putting the set together, especially testing the mechanism that moves the wings.
There were, however some things I didn't like about the set:
- the golden smooth tiles look as if the paint pooled in the middle, and they are looking quite ugly because of that
- there were two malformed bricks in the set, luckily I could use them in places that cover the bricks entirely so they are not visible
- the instructions are vague in few places, leaving you to figure out how to assemble pieces via trial and error; often the color of bricks on paper was badly visible, e.g. grey pieces on grayed out "previous steps"
- the fit of the bricks is so tight, that putting them together feels ok, but separating them is way to hard, for small or smooth pieces I had to use a knife to pry them apart
- there are many small imperfections on the bricks, that are visible while assembling

Imo it's still a good value for money and a fun set to put together, it also looks great on the shelf.

Decent product with a good price-performance ratio

This is a decent product with a good price-performance ratio. The entire transaction was straightforward and I would definitely recommend it!

Excellent and reasonable sized recreation of the famous SDF-1 of Macross. Very good assembly manuals, no missing parts - and quick & reliable shipping.
