Q: Does the price include shipping cost?

A: Shipping is free for countries like Germany and the UK. However, for other countries, there might be some shipping charges based on the weight of the package.

Q: Where do you ship from? How long does the shipment take?

A: We send from China. Generally, it takes about:

8-14 days to Germany, UK
10-15 days to other European countries, Australia
8-16 days to US and CA

Your order will start shipping within 1~4 business days after full payment is received (loose parts and MOC sets may take longer). General packages are without the original box, but good quality and nice packing are guaranteed for our products.

Q: What are your payment options?

A: We support the following payment methods:

Bank transfer to my European account (only accept EUR). We also have accounts in other countries so you can pay in your local currency.
Credit card payment
PayPal (You need to manually pay to my PayPal account. If you pay non-USD, PayPal will charge you an exchange fee).

Q: How will you address product quality or missing part issues?

A: If you find some parts missed or damaged (due to shipping or manufacturing issues), don't worry and just contact us. We will send the parts to you immediately for FREE. You can send an email to Joyingwang@gmail.com, or contact us via messenger or Whatsapp (0086 18606083765).

Q: Does the package have a tracking number?

A: Yes, we provide a tracking number for each package. You can track the package by visiting the tracking website: 17track.net.

Q: Are there any custom problems?

A: We don't have any custom problems. We prepaid the VAT.

Q: Can you send with the original box?

A: For some products, we can ship with the original packaging, but there might be an additional shipping fee. Please consult us for more information. We guarantee that the boxes are in perfect condition before shipping, and we will make every effort to package them securely. However, international shipping is complex, and we cannot ensure that the packaging will remain perfect after transportation. We do not accept refund requests due to box damage.

A SET WITH SERIOUS DESIGN FLAWS

In my case, many of the GOBRICKS components were very scratched. When I started building this set, there were significant errors in the construction plan. These design flaws cause large components to hang on a single stud or to float in the air. In some places, it is extremely difficult to apply pressure to connect the parts together without tearing something off on the other side. Stabilizing cross-connections with other parts are partially missing. I had to glue single knobs in six places to be able to stabilize at all. The set only works as a digitally rendered model, but not in reality. I strongly advise inexperienced people not to buy.

Great Ship for this price 🤩🤩🤩

The ship was great to build, only small gaps and good clamping force of the stones. The only thing that bothers me is the non-transparent panes, so I will replace these with originals.🤔

The figures are almost indistinguishable from the original Lego. The pressure was very good for me.

The only thing that would be desirable was larger packaging because all the plastic bags were packaged in a somewhat compressed manner, but luckily everything was fine.

I can only recommend it to anyone who is looking for the Ghost at an affordable price for this money. Didn't even have to pay customs costs here in Europe.

Overcomplicated build.

First of all: the overall final (static) result is amazing, but…
It is impossible in my view to drive this via remote control: there is way too much drag on the “moving parts” to steer te car or move it. I finally got it to move, but this took me about 16 extra hours of tinkering, 3D-printing (hours not counted) and simplyfying.
Also at least one rare part was missing from the box.
The manual is a real mess : quite often just following a different assembly order can save you a LOT of annoyance and stress. Furthermore a lot of the drawings are quite small and despite having 2 big manuals to your disposal building the car remains difficult and annoying to build.
