Overall a very solid build, clutch power is good (a bit higher then regular lego). The only issue I had was with the brown upside down ceiling pieces for the top floor. They appear to be slightly too wide so the plate gets warped considerably. Everything does stay in place when you wrestle it into place and have the roof built.

Got this set together with the other 2 smaller Japanese buildings and the Tofu Shop, now I "just" need to design a street with hidden batteries and somehow connect it to the 3 usb connectors, and get some lighting for the Tofu shop.

Highly recommended.

As always with cada, good quality, everything fits, no missing parts. Was a lot of fun to build, not difficult to build. recommendation for everyone.
